The hotel itself was fantastic and reasonably clean with a café bar. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were highly unprofessional.

Had triple room with a view of the eiffel tower and wake-up service was available in it. Overall the service was good!

Very close to a subway station, the location was good and fab.

The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered HOT dishes. The location was fab with lovely views. An underground station was very close to place.

Our room was air conditioned and neat, available with a spectacular view as well as glasses full of cigarette butts.

The staff was cooperative and amicable, offered excellent services. Good location, we were close enough to the shopping centre on foot, the train station with regular links to Paris and Disneyland, and the city center. Easily reached La Tour 

Good and unbeatable location, it was very close to a subway station.

View was lovely, breakfast was enjoyable, and beds were super. Had a great stay during our visit, nothing to complain about.

Comfy bed in triple room with central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Early check-in, particularly good location so close to Paris and Disneyland, the RER train line into Disney and centre 

Overall it was a nice size in drench shower.

It has great and fab location for visiting Les Arcades Shopping Centre. Thanks very much for the stay this time - would stay here again.

Stayed in wheelchair accessible room with comfortable bed, a mini bar, as for instance, it worked well for me. The location was perfect as for me.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Disneyland and a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful, providing information and making our stay comfortable. 

Hotel clean good location & fair facilities

Noise in early morning by house keeping team. Very little amount of staff for such a big hotel. Fridge was not good. Breakfast was not good value for money.
